Cultural evening w/Fróði Hansen (FO)
The evening starts at 6pm where the host welcomes you to a dinner buffet with a selection of delicious dishes including various Faroese specialities. After dinner there is a musical section, which is part of the programme for the Faroe Islands Festival of Classical and Contemporary Music, with different musical groups for each event. The musicians this evening will be from the traditional and contemporary folk group Kvonn.
The music is followed by an introduction to faroese chain dancing and ballads. The guests will learn the steps and will have the opportunity of participating in the chain dance, where traditional ballads will be sung. The evening’s entertainment starts at 6pm and ends at around 8:30pm.
The price is 650DKK pr. person. For children aged 4-12 it’s 300DKK. Younger children enter free of charge.

Fróði Hansen
Indie singer-songwriter, Fródi, has a few records under his belt plus many concerts and positive reviews. Fródi’s music is a mixture of 70s rock music, alternative indie music, and elements of pop music. In other words, Fródi’s music is an interesting mixture of different genres.
Fródi has played in countries such as Denmark, Spain, Russia, and Germany, and Fródi usually varies his concerts shifting between the guitar, piano, and harmonica.
