HORRSE is an all-Faroese trio combining the tried-and-true Indie/Americana genre with an emphasis on creativity and experimentation. Their warm vibe and minimalistic approach brings to mind artists like Nick Drake, José Gonzáles, Sufjan Stevens, and Elliott Smith. With minimal instrumentation and maximal poetry this young, upcoming trio has managed to produce a sound far greater than the sum of its parts.

HORRSE’s debut EP, Crossing, was released in October 2021 through Tutl Records with great reception. In 2022 they won the Faroese Music Awards “New Artist of the Year” award. As well as being played regularly on Danish radio, HORRSE has also performed live on Norwegian national television. In 2022 HORRSE will be performing at the renowned G! Festival in the Faroe Islands.
