Kalas is a folk music group which consists of 4 young faroese women. Their musical journey started in primary school, and they’ve all been playing since. In 2017 they started playing folkmusic, when they were a part of a folk music festival in Finland. It was here that the group Kalas was established. They’ve been to multiple festivals abroad since then, making their repertoire both Faroese and international music.
