At this concert, Borgfríð and Cinthia try to intertwine Faroese music with Latin American music and thus enjoy the cultural differences that can be connected through music.
Borgfríð Fonsdal Johannesen is born and raised in The Faroes, and has been singing different kinds of genres the last couple of years like, jazz, classical music and been a part of several different choirs. Cinthia González Parada was born in Chile and after completing her studies of Music at the University of Talca, she moved to The Faroe Islands. Here she is participating as a choir singer and as a soloist. She is also the conductor and a soprano of “Silvitni” Choir.
