6263 Wind Quintet was formed at Stangvikfestivalen in Norway in the summer of 2022. The quintet is part of 6263 North Cultitude network that connects artists from 62nd and 63rd latitude. The musicians of the quintet represent several nationalities: flutist Anna-Maria Bühler and oboist Panu Sivonen live in Finland, clarinetist Guðni Franzson is from Iceland and French horn player Margrethe Gabrielsen Lysholm and bassoonist Odd Lyngstad are Norwegians. They share together love both for music making and for outdoor activities like kayaking and swimming.
